Paddington Bear is the famous character featured in more than twenty books written by Michael Bond. The very first Paddington bear soft toy was designed in the UK by Shirley Clarkson of Gabrielle Designs. She made it as a present for her children, Joanna and Jeremy Clarkson (of Top Gear fame).
This gorgeous Paddington Bear is crafted from honey coloured plush and wears his trademark duffle coat made from soft fleece fabric, his red hat and is filled with a bean bag to give him a cuddly feel.
