For those unable to drop in, we offer the facility to order either over the phone or online. In fact, we were the first UK teddy bear business to open an online shop in 1999.
You can order from us with confidence. We are proud of our award-winning customer service. We won Experience Guildford's Customer Service Awards in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 and (after a pandemic break) again in 2022! In 2023, a change of rules meant that, as reigning champions, we could not enter, but instead presented the trophy at the awards ceremony!
