BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 31st August 2020

Just a reminder that the bears are putting their paws up for the Bank Holiday and will be back in the shop to answer phone calls, say hello to visitors and pack and post the parcels on TUESDAY 1st SEPTEMBER. The shop is now open again! We are currently open to visitors Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm. The door is locked and we just ask visitors to give us a knock!

VE DAY BANK HOLIDAY FRIDAY 8th MAY NOTICE

The early May Bank Holiday has been moved from Monday 4th May to Friday 8th May to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, so we have moved our dispatch day this week to THURSDAY 7th MAY. Please be aware that orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will not be sent until next week. Priority shipping orders will not be delivered next day on the Friday but instead should arrive on Saturday 9th May. This is because Royal Mail will not deliver on the Bank Holiday.

We will be updating our dispatch frequency in the next week following further guidance about the Lockdown measures from the Government.
