Shipping to EU countries has now re-started!
We have now received our required IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) registration number, which will enable us to continue delivering seamlessly into the EU. So we are able to accept orders from any EU country once again. This is great news!Re-opening to visitors on Monday 12th April!
We will be open Monday to Friday from 11am - 4pm. We are not yet open at weekends, but emails are monitored.
If you are coming to see us then please note the following:
- The door is locked, so you just need to give us a knock!
- One shopping "unit" is allowed in the shop at a time, whether an individual or a family.
- Hands must be sanitised at the door and a face mask has to be worn.
- All surfaces and the card machine are periodically cleaned, as well as after each use.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Unfortunately, we are closed to shop visitors due to the latest COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.However, we are still sending out orders, as well as answering the phone and emails. Parcels will continue to be packed and the phone answered Monday to Friday by our dedicated team. Please be assured that we will be dispatching orders as fast as possible, as always!
