Guildford's Customer Services Awards 2022 shortlist announced!

Experience Guildford have just announced this year’s Customer Service Awards shortlists and we have made it to the last three in the Independent Retail category!
Thank you to everyone who nominated us. Now we will face the challenge/scrutiny of a secret shopper!

We won in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 and in 2018 we were runner up! Now in 2022 (after a two year COVID break) we would like to get back to winning ways!
The awards have become a key annual event of the town, highlighting businesses that consistently put their customers first and covering the full retail and leisure mix!
