Hilke is made from a long and wispy golden blonde coloured mohair fabric. He features a dark brown hand stitched nose which sits on his pointed, shaved muzzle, decorated with thick black whiskers, and shaved mohair paw pads. Hilke wears a woven fabric waistcoat, with a beige cotton trim and lining, in shades of pink, red, cream and brown for the perfect finishing touch!

Clemens is a well-known German teddy bear company founded during 1948 by Hans Clemens in Kirchardt, Baden-Württemberg. After losing everything due to World War II, he opened a retail business and his sister began making bears from old army blankets, due to the demand from customers for teddy bears. His son, Peter Clemens took over the business but retired in 2002. The company, however, are still producing new bears and refining their collections - focusing on craftsmanship, heritage, character, and timeless designs that will connect generations.
