Melly is a wonderful miniature bear crafted from soft ashy-blonde mini plush, with a darker backing fabric and a subtle sheen, that has been airbrushed to add lots of charm! She features teeny sculpted foot pads, black glass eyes defined beautifully with lids and a tiny sculpted grey nose with a glossy finish. Melly is partially filled with steel shot to add a lovely weight and wears an elegant dark cocoa brown coloured lace ribbon bow around her neck and delicate red chili glass pendant, which hangs from a brown waxed cord, across her body.
Melly is a one-of-a-kind design made especially for The Bear Garden.

Anna Kolo is a Ukrainian bear artist whose first creations were textile dolls back in 2011, with the addition of bears two years later. She took part in her first exhibition in 2014 and, after realising bears were her calling, they became her sole focus. Over the years she began to develop her own style and has participated in various online shows and exhibited in Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv. Specialising in cheerful miniature bears, Anna's education in architecture and her natural creativity shines through as she enjoys experimenting with her designs, sculpting every tiny nose and tinting each piece to add character.
