He is part-pellet filled for a lovely weight, has a delightful hand embroidered nose and a hidden jingle bell within his head that gently chimes - making him known as a Tinkler bear! Howarth also features soft, beige suedette paw pads and wears a sapphire blue organza ribbon bow and brass key pendant around his neck.
