Luna is a gorgeous moon bear cub crafted from luxuriously soft black mohair fabric with contrasting ash-blonde muzzle and chest crescent. She has a very natural shape and profile, which is typical of Bear Bits' wonderful creations. She features dark brown ultrasuede paws with 3D paw prints, a black embroidered nose with stitched nostrils and glass eyes with dark brown irises. Luna is filled with poly-pellets to add a weighted feel and she is 8-way jointed, as she features two neck joints and one in each wrist, as well as the usual shoulder and hip joints.
Luna is a one of a limited edition of two who has been made especially for The Bear Garden and will be one of the last few bears created by Bill & Jean before they retire!

Bear Bits is the name under which Jean & Bill Ashburner produce their award-winning artist bears in Ross-Shire. Jean gave up her job in 1993, followed by Bill in 1996. Their bears are known for being innovative yet realistic in design.
