Alex is a handsome little teddy bear made from a gorgeous brown German mohair fabric and features a cream coloured muzzle. He has glass eyes, an exquisite hand-embroidered nose, which has been lightly waxed, and his feet are crafted from a super soft ultra-suede fabric. Alex wears a light grey, thin-knitted shirt decorated with a bear decal, denim trousers that are decorated with brown suspenders and an ultra-suede hooded jacket which perfectly matches his tiny backpack carrying his tiny sketchbook and pencils.
Alex is a one-of-a-kind design made especially for The Bear Garden.

Inge Bears are created by Ingrid Els in South Africa. Inspired by her childhood love of miniature toys and folk art, Ingrid began making bears as a hobby for a local craft market. In 1999, Ingrid began to make miniature bears full time and started to gain international recognition after attending shows in Germany and London in 2001.
