Albert Einstein Teddy Bear by Steiff - 35cm

Steiff

Catalogue number: 355721

Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist and is widely held to be one of the greatest and most influential scientists of all time. One of the most iconic images of all time features him him defiantly sticking after being asked to smile when leaving his birthday celebrations in 1951. Einstein himself loved the image so much that he immediately ordered multiple copies so he could sign and send them to friends as a joke.

Steiff's creation perfectly captures his commitment to fun and has been crafted from the finest light brown mohair fabric. He shares Albert Einstein’s typical characteristics of wild hair, moustache and his stuck-out tongue! This bears wears a grey tweed waistcoat with black necktie and a white shirt and also features Einstein’s most famous formula E = mc² embroidered on the right foot.

Albert Einstein is limited to only 3,000 pieces and comes with a numbered certificate in a special edition Steiff gift box with its original protective cardboard outer sleeve.
