Thomas is an adorable teddy bear made from long and wavy pearl-blonde coloured mohair with a brown backing fabric. He has beautifully crafted suedette footpads with intricate stitching detail, which enable him to stand unaided. He also glass eyes, which are delicately airbrushed, and is part-filled with steel shot. Thomas wears a necklace which features a dazzling mystic topaz-inspired crystal pendant.

Thomas is a one-of-a-kind teddy bear and has been made especially for The Bear Garden.

Bear artist Jane Mogford is based in Staffordshire. She had been collecting bears long before she first tried her hand at making bears in 1997. One thing led to another and in 1998 Pipkin Bears was born. Today Jane's wonderful creations can be found in the home's of collectors all around the globe and she has also won several awards for her work.
