Polar bears are threatened with extinction as seal populations decline and changes to their environment associated with climate change cause their numbers to decrease. These magnificent bears live in the arctic regions of the north and can sense their prey up to 30 kilometres away.
This incredible Kösen polar bear is made from beautifully soft mohair and is part-filled with granules to give him a cuddly and heavy weight! His feet are embroidered and have felt claws. He is a limited edition of just 200 pieces and his individual number of that edition is embroidered onto his foot in metallic gold thread (please note that the bear featured is 1/200 for photographic purposes only).
