Domino is made from beautifully soft jet black and white faux fur fabric with a whisper of black tipping. His face is sculpted from snow white mohair and he has flashes of black mohair on his ears. He is partially stuffed and weighted with poly-pellets to give him a slightly heavier weight. His sparkling eyes are hand-painted and have delicate felt lids and he has an adorable tail! Domino's foot pads are made from striking hand painted upholstery velvet and he has a hand embroidered nose in coordinating coloured threads.
Domino is a one-of-a-kind design made especially for The Bear Garden.
Barbara-Ann Bears are made by talented husband and wife team of Barbara-Ann and Andy Cunningham in Kent, England. They are known around the world for their creative, colourful and wacky designs! Barbara hand-dyes her own mohair and fabrics, and as nearly every bear is a one-of-a-kind creation, no two are ever the same! Andy has the painstaking task of embroidering the noses. This is done from many layers of co-ordinating, soft-cotton tapestry thread, which perfectly complement the bear's mohair.
