Mari is an utterly charming cat crafted from soft, delicately striped grey mini plush fabric. She has a beautiful pale pink hand-embroidered nose, glass eyes and is filled with steel shot to give her a lovely weighted feel. Mari also features a wired tail with a white tip and wears a golden heart pendant around her neck which hangs from a white cord.
Mari is a one-of-a-kind cat created especially for The Bear Garden.

Anja Meier is a German teddy bear artist who began making bears as a hobby in 1992. Her fascination with creating her antique-inspired bears and animals lead to her making bears full-time in 2001 under the brand name of Anna Dazumal. Anja's creations are traditionally crafted and are often beautifully clothed and accessorised in her trademark nostalgic style.
