Ludwig is a eye-catching teddy bear crafted from sparse golden brown, caramel and rusty red mohair fabrics, which have been stitched into a harlequin design and given an aged effect to make him look well loved. He has been filled with a little wood wool in his feet, arms and body, and features felt paws that have been subtly airbrushed and aged so that that the wood wool stuffing is visible. Ludwig also has enchanting glass eyes and wears a gently airbrushed buttermilk-coloured double ruff around his neck for the perfect finishing touch.
Ludwig is a one-of-a-kind bear created especially for The Bear Garden.

Anja Meier is a German teddy bear artist who began making bears as a hobby in 1992. Her fascination with creating her antique-inspired bears and animals lead to her making bears full-time in 2001 under the brand name of Anna Dazumal. Anja's creations are traditionally crafted and are often beautifully clothed and accessorised in her trademark nostalgic style.
