Aunt Maud is an exquisite teddy bear crafted from soft cream mohair that has been gently aged with airbrushing to highlight her features. She wears a beautiful made to measure leaf patterned mustard brown cotton dress, which is fastened by four mother of pearl buttons and adorned with a Votes For Women button badge, showing her support for the campaign to give women the vote. Upon her head is a hand made cream wool felt hat embellished with lace ribbon, a faux sprig of pussy willow, a yellow paper rose and a charming yellow feather. Aunt Maud has endearing black boot button eyes, a hand embroidered deep brown nose and mouth and stitched claws on her light grey suede foot pads.
